The Effects of Employment Motivation of Beauty Majors on Overseas Employment Intention: Focused on the differences between beauty major students and beauty major graduates with work experience

The purpose of this study is to examine how employment motivation beauty majors affects overseas intention. For study, 149 major students and 143 graduates with work experience were surveyed. results as follows: First, there significant differences between in perception employment, such preferred countries for (p<.05), reasons preference information sources programs (p<.001) time (p<.001). Second, consists five factors: Potential self-development, reputation salons, expectation experience, work-life balance monetary reward. Third, multiple regression analysis showed that only had a effect on intention both experience.
